Terms of Service

Last updated: October 1, 2026

Welcome to App Builders PH — a community directory for discovering, showcasing, and launching apps built by Filipino developers. By using the website or mobile app you agree to these terms.

Your account

  • You are responsible for your account and activity under it, whether you sign in with Apple, Google, or provisioned email credentials.
  • One account per person. Don't impersonate other makers or organizations.
  • You can delete your account from Account → Delete Account in the mobile app or Settings → Account on the website.

Your content

  • You keep ownership of everything you publish — app listings, descriptions, logos, and screenshots. By publishing, you give us permission to display that content on the website and mobile app.
  • Only submit apps you built or have the right to represent.
  • Don't upload content that is illegal, infringing, misleading, or malicious. Listings that link to malware, scams, or deceptive products will be removed.

Community safety

There is no place here for threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, obscene content, scams, or publishing someone else's private information. These rules apply to listings, profiles, jobs, reviews, posts, and replies. We use text filtering and human moderation to enforce them. Use the mobile app's safety menu to report content or block a user. You can unblock users from Account → Blocked Users. Reports go to our moderation team.

We may hide content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Contact support to appeal a moderation decision.

Fair play

  • One upvote per person per app. Vote manipulation — bots, duplicate accounts, or paid upvotes — isn't allowed.
  • No spam. Repeated low-effort or duplicate listings may be removed.

Our role

  • We list community-submitted apps as-is and don't vet, endorse, or guarantee them. Do your own diligence before downloading or paying for anything listed here.
  • The service is provided "as is", without warranties. We may change, suspend, or shut down features at any time as the platform evolves.
  • We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or put the community at risk.
