Boogie is a small animated desktop companion that gives you one-click access to everything you reach for constantly, local files, folders, and web links, all in the same panel. No more juggling File Explorer and an overgrown bookmarks bar.

Click or hover on it and your panel opens right where you are. It's click-through the rest of the time so it never gets in your way. You can rename it, and optionally have it start with Windows.
