CIReason

CIReason helps developers understand why their CI pipeline failed without digging through hundreds of lines of logs.

It connects to GitHub Actions, monitors selected repositories, analyzes failed workflow logs with AI, identifies the likely root cause, and provides actionable information such as the failing step, likely trigger, affected area, error type, confidence, and suggested fixes.

CIReason also supports per-user Discord notifications, so developers can receive failure analysis as soon as a monitored workflow fails. Repository access and failure data are scoped per user, and notification credentials are encrypted at rest.

The current private beta supports GitHub Actions, with additional CI providers planned for the future.
