DIVE - Browser for Devs

Every web developer runs two browsers: one for building, one for living in. The building one ends up with forty tabs across six projects, DevTools eating half the screen, and no memory of which localhost port belonged to which app.

Dive is a Chromium browser built around that work. Each project gets a workspace with its own tabs and session. The start screen lists the dev servers already running on your machine, so port 3000 is one click, not a guess. The developer toolkit — network with bodies and WebSocket frames, console, storage, accessibility tree, a device simulator, request mocking and rewriting — sits beside the page instead of on top of it.

What's different is the agent. Dive has one built in that works in your tabs: it reads the page, clicks, types, fills forms, and reports what it found. Because it addresses elements by locator rather than coordinates, any run it does can be exported as a passing Playwright test. It also speaks MCP, so Claude Code, Cursor or any MCP client can drive your real browser — signed into your real sessions — instead of a headless one.
