Your medicines. Your health notes. One clear care record.
A patient-controlled medicine care record, not just a pill tracker.
GamotKo is a patient-controlled medicine care record for daily home care, family monitoring, and doctor review. It does not replace a clinic system, but it helps the patient bring better context to one.
Daily care
Clear schedules, dose records, alarms, BP readings, symptoms, emergency contacts, and visit plans stay in one patient record.
Family visibility
Trusted caregivers can help monitor a parent or loved one, even in a long-distance setup, without turning the app into a noisy chat tool.
Doctor sharing
Shareable Time-limited Doctor Reports and visit notes help the patient bring focused context to an existing healthcare professional. Also Doctor can create a care plan to be sync on the app. No separate app needed for a doctor.

GamotKo makes medicine and health tracking easier to manage in one place. It goes beyond basic pill reminders by including dose records, blood pressure logs, symptoms, visit notes, and family access. The shareable doctor report is especially useful because patients can send a time-limited link containing an organized summary of their health records before or during a consultation.
I considered regular pill-reminder and health-tracking apps, but GamotKo feels more complete for long-term care. It helps patients manage their records, allows trusted family members to assist, and lets doctors review relevant information through a shareable link without installing another app.
It would be helpful to see the family monitoring and shareable doctor report features highlighted more clearly during onboarding, since these are some of GamotKo’s strongest advantages over ordinary medicine reminder apps.
