referrals, and no visibility into a mother's full clinical 

journey.

HappyFamily is a full-stack clinic management system built 

specifically for Philippine birthing homes and lying-in clinics. 

It gives midwives a complete web dashboard to manage prenatal 

visits, newborn screening, appointments, and clinical records — 

while mothers get their own mobile app to track their pregnancy 

journey, upload ultrasound and lab results, and access their 

birth and emergency plan.

What makes it different:

- Five-phase Clinical Journey model — tracks each patient 

  from registration through postpartum with automatic 

  status progression

- PhilHealth-aware — records PhilHealth membership and 

  integrates it into the birth and emergency plan

- Newborn Screening (NBS) built-in — dedicated records 

  and reporting for RA 9288 compliance

- EINC / Unang Yakap support — documents Mother-Baby 

  Friendly institution acknowledgment in the birth plan

- Mobile app for mothers — view records, upload UTZ/lab 

  images, answer health surveys, and book appointments 

  from their phone

- Built for the Philippines — Tagalog-aware forms, 

  Philippine address fields, and local health program 

  alignment
