Hatod is a community-first local delivery and marketplace app built for the towns big platforms overlook — a provincial alternative to big-city apps, with cash-on-delivery at its core.
Our
VISION is a Philippines where every town, no matter how small, has access to modern delivery and commerce infrastructure — where local businesses are visible, riders earn dignified livelihoods, and communities grow from within.
Our
MISSION is to empower local economies by enabling MSMEs to thrive through digital commerce, bookings, and community-driven logistics — starting from the smallest towns up.
Buyers can order food and goods from local stores with live rider tracking, send packages point-to-point (Pahatod), have a rider buy items for them (Papalit), group-buy from travelers going abroad (Pasabay), and buy or sell in a community marketplace — plus dine-in bookings, canteen ordering, and store pickups.
Sellers list for free and manage orders from their phone, with options to use platform riders, self-deliver or run their own delivery team via Hatod Business, while riders earn flexibly serving their own town. They can manage bookings, downpayments, manage order updates and notifications with ease.
A digital storefront, anywhere and everywhere.
How We're Different:
Hatod is built on a community-first approach where every stakeholder wins — buyers, sellers, and riders alike. Instead of piling costs onto one side, we split the convenience fee 50-50 between buyer and seller, keeping it fair for everyone. Because we believe convenience shouldn't have to be expensive — it should keep a whole town's commerce local, affordable, and thriving.
And of course, we take the lowest cut across all delivery platforms.
