HERMES

HERMES is a cloud-based management system for small and medium clinics in the Philippines — appointments, patient records, prescriptions, billing (with HMO/PhilHealth support), inventory, and financial reports in one platform.

Most clinics here still run on a mix of notebooks, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools. HERMES replaces that with one system that owners, doctors, and front-desk staff can actually share — including IRIS, a built-in assistant that answers operational questions like stock levels without ever touching medical records.

Healthcare is the first vertical. HERMES is built to eventually extend to other appointment-driven service businesses — salons, fitness studios, professional services — under the same platform.
