Financial calculations are implemented as deterministic TypeScript domain functions that are independent from React and browser APIs. Monetary values use integer minor-unit arithmetic with explicit half-up rounding, while currency behavior is driven by ISO 4217 metadata. The result is a calculation engine designed for auditability, reuse, and regression testing.
