Narra Warranty

The warranty your customer can't lose, issued at the counter in seconds.

About Narra Warranty

The problem

Philippine shops still hand out warranties on thermal paper. The ink fades within months, the slip gets lost, and a year later nobody can agree what was promised, so the shop either honours a claim it shouldn't or refuses one it should.

What Narra Warranty does

Your counter issues a digital warranty in about thirty seconds. The customer gets a link that opens on any phone, with no app to install, plus a printable PDF. Each warranty is cryptographically signed when issued and linked to the one before it, so any later edit breaks the seal. Batches are also timestamped against an independent authority, which proves a warranty existed on the day it says it did.

What's different

Anyone can verify a warranty without an account, including the customer and anyone settling a dispute. Terms are fixed to the warranty at issue, so editing a template later never rewrites what a customer was already promised. Claims are logged across branches, which is what stops the same entitlement being honoured twice.

Built for how shops here actually work. Customers without email get the link over Messenger, Viber or SMS. The warranty editor flags what RA 7394 requires a written warranty to state. Every warranty says plainly that it is not a BIR receipt.
