https://phbudget.help/ makes the Philippine national budget readable. 

It pulls live from the public bettergov.ph budget API and turns the General Appropriations Act into something you can actually browse: FY2027 totals, all 39 departments ranked and sortable, regional allocations, year-on-year gains and cuts from FY2020 to FY2027, and side-by-side department comparison. 

What you can do:
