robo duck

Robo Duck is a free, open-source Windows desktop companion built around the rubber duck debugging method. Click the tray icon to summon a duck that "listens" while you talk through a problem — it reacts to your voice(needs tuning) with idle animation, but never replies or interrupts. Feed it a bug (Ctrl+right-click) when you're done for a happy quack goodbye.

No audio is ever recorded, transcribed, or sent anywhere — it only measures live volume locally to react, nothing is stored.

Status: Early access (v0.1.0). Smart App Control Must be Turned off

Working today: tray summon, listening reactions, feed gesture, first-launch flow. 

Planned: real duck art and sound, tuned voice sensitivity, 

• real duck art (a good pixel art duck, currently ugly duckling stage lol)
• tuned voice sensitivity
• smooth animations (currently uses two -three poses only)
• MacOs support (im not sure how, i don't have the environment to test)
• more skins (relative to my drawing skills haha)
