A long-time problem of mine is doomscrolling. I’d get bored, waiting for time to pass, and tell myself I’d just scroll for 5 minutes before cleaning the house, doing schoolwork, etc. Then suddenly, 3 hours have passed. So, this app helped me fix that habit while I'm developing it.

Currently built features:

🛡️ Targeted App Shields (Shorts/Reels Block): It doesn't block the whole app. It specifically targets those "doomscroll-holes" like YouTube Shorts, IG Reels, and FB Shorts. You can still use the useful parts of the apps, but once you enter the "scroll-zone," Scroll Squire kicks you out.

🔋 Focus Energy System (Play to Earn... Time!): Your screen time is now your "Energy." Once it runs out, distractions are locked. To get more energy, you have to complete real-life Quests like "Hydration Check," "Posture Reset," or your own schoolworks/chores.

🏆 AI Grand Quests (The Roadmap to Big Goals): Have a big project or goal? Type it in, and our AI (powered by Gemini) will break it down into a step-by-step "Grand Quest." You can't skip steps—you have to finish the prerequisite tasks to move forward.

🤖 AI Camera Verification: No cheating! Some tasks require photo proof. Our AI coach checks the photo to verify if you actually did the work before giving you that precious screen time reward.

🌅 Time-Synced Challenges: The app gives you curated tasks based on the time of day—Morning Sunbeams, Midday Focus Sprints, or Evening Digital Detox.

📓 Mindfulness Journal: It’s not just about "productivity." It’s also about reflection. After a long day of focus, you can write down your thoughts or daily wins in a cozy, distraction-free space. Perfect for cooling down your brain.🌙

📊 Honest Analytics: See your "Distraction Breakdown." You'll find out which app steals your time the most and how much "Energy" you've saved for the week.
