The problem

Many small businesses still manage inventory through notebooks, spreadsheets, or a mix of both.

It works until it doesn't.

Two people update the same sheet. Stock disappears with no record of what happened. Branch and warehouse counts don't match. And you only discover you're out of a fast-moving item when a customer asks for it.

Traccoon is built to replace that uncertainty with a single, reliable view of your inventory.

What it does

- Master product catalog: Organize products by category and location, with barcode lookup.

- Complete stock ledger: Record every stock movement, including stock in, stock out, and adjustments, with who made the change and when.

- Multi-location inventory: Track stock separately across branches, stores, and stockrooms.

- Purchase orders: Follow the full lifecycle from draft → confirmed → received. Stock only changes when an order is actually received.

- Sales recording: Record sales and deduct inventory through the same stock ledger.

- Team roles: Invite your team with defined roles for owners, admins, managers, staff, and viewers.

- Low-stock monitoring: Set thresholds, receive notifications, and identify products that need attention.

- Reports and audit logs: Understand what's happening with your inventory and keep a record of changes.

- CSV import: Bring in an existing catalog without manually entering hundreds of products.

Current status

Traccoon Business is currently in development and being prepared for its pilot.

The core inventory and stock-management workflows are functional, while account creation, onboarding, and additional production-readiness work are still being completed.
